“How ‘bout Those Tulips!”

Just in time for Mother’s Day

and the Holland Tulip Festival.

These designs have a special place in my heart. During some of my most challenging days as a Caregiver, my sister-in-law, Sherri, and I would go see the spring tulips. My husband, Rich, along with his Holland, Michigan Daycare group competed in an art contest decorating wooden shoes. Holland, Michigan sheltered us during the final months and days of his illness. The beauty of the tulips helped take me to a little piece of heaven on earth.
